Amenity Use Fees for 2009

Property owners of the Trails enjoy the exclusive use of the amenities located within the community.

Marina

Use of Boat Slip - $2100.00 per boat per year paid annually.

Use of Wave Runner Slip - $420.00 per vehicle per year paid annually.

Equestrian Center

• Stall with Self-Care	$600.00 per horse per year paid annually
• Damage Deposit:	$500.00 per horse

A maximum of two horses per family will be allowed to utilize the equestrian center amenities. No absentee boarding is allowed.

Clubhouse

The Clubhouse will be made available to all Homeowners. The clubhouse is available for private parties by reservation for a fee. The pool is open to all property owners and cannot be reserved.
